PRIVACY POLICY — STRATOS GAMES

Last Updated: 2026-05-05
Effective Date: 2026-05-05

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Stratos Technologies — FZCO (“Stratos Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use any of our games, applications, websites, or related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to every game and application published by Stratos Technologies — FZCO, including but not limited to:

• Bloxplode

• Arrow Rush

• Any future title released under the Stratos Games name

References to “the Game” or “our Games” in this Policy mean any title in our published portfolio. We may add new titles over time without re-publishing this Policy; the practices described here apply uniformly across all of them.

The Services are operated by Stratos Technologies — FZCO (License No. 68220), a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (“Data Controller”). By using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide

• Customer support data — when you contact us (e.g., via modi.sahil.im@gmail.com), we collect your email address, the content of your message, and any additional information you choose to share.
• User-generated content — if a Game lets you upload images, custom levels, or other content, we process that content to operate the feature and to enforce community-safety rules.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you play our Games, we automatically collect:

• Device identifiers:
– On iOS: Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) always; Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission (see Section 2).
– On Android: Android ID; Google Advertising ID (GAID) unless you opt out at the OS level.
• Device data — device model, operating system version, screen resolution, system language, time zone, and approximate location derived from IP address (country / region only — never precise GPS).
• Gameplay data — game progress, level completion, scores, session start/end timestamps, and feature usage (e.g., taps on Revive, Daily Challenge participation).
• Ad interaction data — impressions, clicks, view-completion events, and the unit IDs that served them. This is used to measure ad performance and detect fraudulent traffic.
• Crash and diagnostic data — stack traces, device state at the moment of a crash, and basic environmental signals. We do not collect the contents of any other apps on your device.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

• App Stores — Apple App Store and Google Play share transaction details (order ID, product purchased, refund status) when you make a purchase. We do NOT receive or store your credit-card or payment-method information.
• Advertising and attribution partners — ad networks and attribution providers send us information about which ad campaigns drove your install or which in-Game events you completed, so we can measure campaign effectiveness.

2. iOS — APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (ATT)

On Apple devices, we request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your IDFA for cross-app advertising attribution.

• If you tap “Allow” — we use your IDFA to measure install attribution and to help advertisers attribute conversions.
• If you tap “Ask App Not to Track” — we do NOT access your IDFA. We rely only on Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit frameworks to measure aggregate ad performance, which do not identify you personally.

You can change your decision at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Stratos Games.

3. ANDROID — GOOGLE ADVERTISING ID

On Android devices we use the Google Advertising ID (GAID) to deliver and measure advertising. You can:

• Opt out of personalised ads at Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
• Delete your Advertising ID at the same screen, after which apps receive a string of zeros instead of a real identifier.

When you opt out we still serve ads, but the ads are not personalised based on your activity.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To operate and deliver the Games — render gameplay, save progress, sync game state across sessions, fulfil purchases.
• To improve the Games — analyse aggregate playtest signals to tune difficulty, fix bugs, and prioritise new features.
• To show advertising — deliver relevant ads through third-party ad networks. Showing ads is what keeps our Games free to play.
• To measure marketing — understand which advertising campaigns and channels drive installs, sign-ups, and engagement.
• To prevent fraud and abuse — detect cheating, abuse of in-Game systems, and invalid ad traffic.
• To comply with the law — meet obligations under applicable data-protection, consumer-protection, and tax laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE USE

We share limited information with the following service providers strictly for the purposes listed above. Each provider is named, and links to their own privacy policy are included so you can understand how they handle your data.

In addition, our ad networks may use mediation partners to fill ad inventory. Those partners include but are not limited to PubMatic, BidMachine, Verve / HyBid, Outbrain DSP, and StackAdapt; each is bound by its own privacy obligations and Apple’s SKAdNetwork rules where applicable.

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited cases:

• With service providers listed above, under contractual obligations to use it solely for the stated purpose.
• With law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process or to protect the safety of users.
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), in which case the recipient is required to honour this Policy or notify you of any material change.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Stratos Games is based in Dubai, UAE. Your information may be processed on servers located in the United States, the European Union, India, or other countries operated by our service providers. Where a transfer is subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar regimes, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism approved by the relevant regulator.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. Specifically:

• Gameplay progress and identifiers — retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow re-installation.
• Ad-interaction data — typically retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form after 14 months.
• Crash and diagnostic data — retained for up to 90 days in identifiable form, then aggregated.
• Customer-support correspondence — retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for record-keeping required by law.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to legitimate retention obligations.
• Port your information to another service in a machine-readable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction — 16 in the EEA, for example). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age without verifiable parental consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact modi.sahil.im@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

For age-rated titles where applicable, we instruct our ad networks to serve only age-appropriate ads in compliance with COPPA, the Designed for Families program, and equivalent regional rules.

10. SECURITY

We use industry-standard security measures — encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and least-privilege provisioning — to protect personal information. No system can be perfectly secure, but we promptly investigate any suspected breach and notify users when required by law.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change, when we add a new Game to the portfolio, or when laws or service-provider relationships change. The Last Updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified in-app or via the Game’s storefront listing where required.

When we add a new Game to the Stratos Games portfolio, that Game is automatically covered by this Policy unless its storefront listing or in-app disclosure states otherwise.
