Stratos Games (“Stratos Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a subsidiary of Stratos Technologies – FZCO (License No. 68220), is a game developer and publisher that provides games (including “Bloxplode”), features, content, and services to users via websites, mobile applications, and other channels or platforms (the “Services”).
The purpose of these terms (the “Terms”) is to stipulate rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between us and the user in relation to the access to and use of our Services under a legally binding contract.
Before accessing and using our Services, please carefully read the Terms. By installing, using, or otherwise accessing our Services, you confirm your agreement to the Terms.
We provide users with the following Services:
Games, features, content, and contests;
Customer support services;
Other services offered by us from time to time.
Some of the Services are provided free of charge, while users may choose to pay fees for certain functions and features (e.g., In-App Purchases).
The Services are designed for users across multiple age groups. If a parent or legal guardian believes that the Services are not suitable for their child, they may contact us at modi.sahil.im@gmail.com.
Subject to your agreement and continued compliance with the Terms, upon installing and using our Services, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for your own non-commercial entertainment use.
You acknowledge that no title or ownership of our Services is being transferred to you. You agree not to use our Services for any commercial purposes, including advertising or solicitation.
Users may purchase certain features or supplementary content within the Services (e.g., removing ads, unlocking levels in Bloxplode).
All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through third-party application stores (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) and are governed by their respective payment terms.
No Refunds: Except where mandated by applicable law, all purchases made through the Services are final and non-refundable.
Users shall use the Services in a lawful manner. You may not:
Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of our Services;
Transmit viruses or harmful programs;
Reverse engineer, modify, or extract source code from the Services;
Infringe the intellectual property rights of Stratos Games or third parties.
All intellectual property rights—including trademarks, source codes (HTML/CSS/JS/Unity), gameplay mechanics, “Stratos Games” branding, “Bloxplode” assets, graphics, and audio—are legally owned by Stratos Technologies – FZCO or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws and treaties.
You use the Services at your own risk. Stratos Games and Stratos Technologies – FZCO shall not be liable for:
Indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit);
Service interruptions caused by force majeure, system failures, or third-party actions;
Any unauthorized access to your device or data.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Amicable Resolution: If you have any concerns, please contact us at modi.sahil.im@gmail.com. We will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice within the Services or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
