Stratos Games is an indie studio shipping free casual, puzzle, word, and party games on Android, iOS, and web. We pair an AI build pipeline with a human play-test gate so we ship at cadence without the quality risk of unreviewed AI output. If you publish, distribute, or aggregate casual mobile games, this page is the short version of why we are worth a conversation.

What we are good at
- Cadence. The studio is built around small, frequent releases. AI compresses iteration cycles; a human gate keeps every release shippable.
- Genres. Active production across block puzzle (BLOXPLODE), logic puzzle (Arrow Puzzle), social deduction multiplayer (House Mafia), and word search (Word Quest). Each genre teaches the studio different things; cross-promotion across the portfolio is built in.
- Hybrid mobile + web. Every game we build runs in a browser first and wraps to native Android and iOS via Capacitor. This means we can ship to web portals (Poki, CrazyGames) and native stores from a single codebase.
- Adtech-native. Sahil’s background covers IndusOS, Audiomob, and MAF — mobile ad-SDK integration is a core competency, not an afterthought. AppLovin MAX mediation is wired correctly from the first build, with rewarded ads as the primary monetisation path.
What we will not do
This list is short on purpose. We will not ship:
- Pay-to-win mechanics. No core mechanic is gated behind paying.
- Dark-pattern ads. No interstitials between every move; rewarded only.
- Fake-scarcity timers, fake-multiplayer bots, or fake-anything dressed up as real.
- Cloned art or branded categories. We ship our own assets, copy, and content.
If a publishing relationship would require any of those, we are not the right studio.
How to evaluate us
The cleanest evaluation path is to play the live games and look at the studio repo:
- BLOXPLODE on Google Play — https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stratos.bloxplode
- Arrow Puzzle in browser — https://mody-sahariar1.github.io/arrow-puzzle-testing/
- The build pipeline (open source) — https://github.com/sahilmodi1965/stratos-games-factory
The factory repo is the most accurate picture of how the studio operates. The “humans test, AI builds, games ship” production model is documented there in full.
What a publishing relationship looks like
We are open to several shapes:
- Distribution deals — we ship a game, you distribute it through your network or store.
- Co-publishing — we co-finance UA and revenue-share against a defined market and territory.
- Web portal exclusivity — Poki, CrazyGames, and similar — we ship a tuned web build to your portal, you handle the surface.
- White-label / reskin — for IP holders who want a casual game tuned to their brand. We ship the game; you ship the brand.
Every relationship has a single non-negotiable: the human play-test gate stays in place. We do not ship faster than Shahariar can play.
What we want from a partner
In rough priority order:
- Distribution. Reach we cannot get on our own.
- UA budget. Specifically for games where we have closed the retention loop and need volume.
- Market knowledge. Specifically: territories where we are not native (LATAM, MENA, SEA).
- Honest numbers. A partner who shares performance data so we can iterate against real signal, not vibes.
We are not interested in: aggressive minimum guarantees that pressure the studio to ship under-tested builds, exclusivity that locks the studio out of natural cross-promotion across our portfolio, or contracts that make the human play-test gate optional.
